Hola + Welcome to

Onboarding

I hope you’re as excited as I am to work with each other on your awesome brand + business!

Whether this is your first or 20th rodeo, I am confident we’ll get you moving in the right direction. 🥳

Managing Expectations

Our work will be organized in a shared Google Drive folder. Allow up to 24 hours for your folder to be accessible and shared with your email address.

We are using Google Workspace to manage our engagement.

Be sure to add me to your contacts: vicky@vickyayala.com

Within Google, you can chat with me for any on-demand Qs and share files for us to collaborate or to get suggestions and edits.

Diagnostic Assessment

Maybe I already know you. Maybe I don’t. If this is your first time working with me, or your 10th, I’d love to learn more about who you are and where you’re currently at with your brand + business.

If you haven’t already, complete your Diagnostic Assessment below.

Feel free to schedule your onboarding call before or after completing your diagnostic assessment.
Scheduling Your Onboarding Call

Before we get into the work, we start with a quick onboarding call. This is required – not a formality. It’s where we get aligned on expectations, identify your goals, and make sure we’re both walking into the session ready to move.

The onboarding call is by phone. No camera, no prep, no pressure. Just a real conversation before the real work begins. It is not recorded.

If you have trouble finding a time that works for you, email me directly and we’ll try to work something out.

Access and Boundaries

Email is the best way to reach me. I’m responsive Monday through Friday and aim to get back to you within 24 hours. I don’t work weekends – that’s a boundary, not a suggestion.

Email and Google Chat: vicky@vickyayala.com

Rescheduling Policy

No questions asked. Ever.

If you’re not mentally, emotionally, or physically where you need to be – reschedule. I mean that. A session only works when you’re actually in it, and I’d rather wait for the version of you that’s ready than spend 90 minutes with the version that’s running on empty and guilt.

The moment you know our time doesn’t work, move it. Five minutes before, five hours before – doesn’t matter. Life happens. Grace is not a policy here, it’s just how I operate.

What I will say is this: don’t show up distracted because you felt like you had to. That’s not strategy. That’s performance. And we’re not doing that here.

So if you need more time – take it. Get your chai or your Bustelo, find your journal, and come back when you’re ready to actually do the work.

I’ll be here.

I look forward to working with you!
– Vicky 😘
