Who this is
This privacy policy applies to vickyayala.com and all associated digital products, including Retropattern and The Nuance of Becoming newsletter, operated by Vicky Ayala.
What I collect and why
When you visit this site, basic technical information is collected automatically — things like your browser type, device, and which pages you visited. This happens through standard web analytics and helps me understand how people find and use the site.
When you sign up for the newsletter, purchase a product, or book a session, I collect the information you provide directly — your name, email address, and payment information. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and MoonClerk. I do not store your credit card details.
When you purchase a digital product through Podia, Podia’s own privacy policy also applies to the information collected during that transaction.
What I do with it
I use your information to deliver what you purchased, send you the newsletter if you subscribed, and occasionally let you know about new products or offerings that are relevant to what you’ve already shown interest in.
I do not sell your information. I do not share it with third parties except the service providers necessary to run this site — including Podia, Stripe, MoonClerk, and email delivery services — all of whom have their own privacy practices.
Email communications
If you subscribed to The Nuance of Becoming, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. If you purchased a product, I may send you transactional emails related to that purchase. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function properly if you do.
Your data rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information I hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion. To do any of these things, contact me directly at vickyayala.com.
