Managing Expectations

Our work will be organized in a shared Google Drive folder. Allow up to 24 hours for your folder to be accessible and shared with your email address.

We are using Google Workspace to manage our engagement.

Within Google, you can chat with me for any on-demand Qs and share files for us to collaborate or to get suggestions and edits.

Brand Intake Assessment

Maybe I already know you. Maybe I don’t. If this is your first time working with me, or your 10th, I’d love to learn more about who you are and where you’re currently at with your brand + business.

Feel free to schedule your onboarding call before or after completing your intake assessment.
Scheduling Your Onboarding Call

Before we dig into your session, we will connect for a quick call to discuss your intake assessment and identify what to focus your consultation session on.

All sessions are done in the evenings and on weekends:

  • Monday through Friday: 6pm – 9pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 10am – 4pm

To get started, let’s hop on a quick onboarding call to discuss expectations and identify goals.

This onboarding call is required to set the expectations and milestones for your time with me. You don’t need to be on Google Meet for the onboarding call. These are done via phone and are not recorded.

If you have trouble finding a time that works for you, email me directly and we’ll try to work something out.

Access and Boundaries

A bit about my availability…

I work full-time at a transfer high school and have limited accessibility Monday-Friday from 8am until 4pm. 

While I may sometimes respond to quick emails during the day, anything that requires my full attention to detail with a thorough response will be done early in the AM or after 4pm, usually while I’m on a crowded train trying not to catch Covid or “these” hands. 🙃

I am also readily accessible on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays from 10-4pm. 

I aim to respond within 24 hours, but sometimes it can take a bit longer such as during the holidays. If you haven’t heard from me after two days, feel free to send me a message via Google Chat just in case your email went to my spam folder.

Rescheduling Policy

I have a “no questions asked” policy for rescheduling sessions.

Please don’t feel like you need to hold on to a scheduled session if you are not mentally, emotionally, or physically up to it.

If you need to reschedule, do so as soon as you know that our time no longer works. Whether that’s five minutes or five hours before our call, if you need more time – TAKE IT!

I understand that life happens, and I rather you reschedule when you’re able to be fully present and ready to go than show up distracted or unprepared.

I take a very strong stance on overwhelm and never want our sessions to a burden to your already overflowing plate of things to do. I’m very non-judgmental about this because grace is one of my core values and I’ve seen how showing up when you’re not into it can impact how you manage your hustle.

Don’t feel guilty about rescheduling a session if you are not where you want to be when we’re scheduled to connect.

So if you need more time, take it. I’ll wait.

In the meantime, grab some chai or Bustelo, get your journal, and get yo’ self prepped for our time together.
